Making A Purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, register your details with us and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept most credit & debit card payments; Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, Switch and Solo through Sage Secure online Merchant Banking Service and PayPal; we can also accept card payments over the phone, using Customer not present.
We also take part in the Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure extra fraud checks, and if you wish to have this extra security, please register or if already registered make sure you complete the extra security questions.
All items are charged to your card immediately after your order is taken, however if you would prefer to pay a deposit until your item arrives in stock please contact us on 01142649813 and we can take your order over the phone and take an agreeable deposit until your item arrives in stock. When the item arrives in stock, we will contact you to arrange delivery, we will then take your card details again (all credit card details are destroyed after the deposit is taken) in order to process the balance payment. All orders must be paid in full at least the day before delivery of the bed. In cases where the delivery is passed onto a third party or done by the manufacturer, the payment may be requested in full at least one week before delivery. Guarantee All our products come with at least a one year manufacturers guarantee, each manufacturer may offer different levels of guarantees and warranties. You can check these out by visiting the manufacturers website or by telephoning ourselves.
A warranty in the case of the products on our site are an extended reassurance that if the product has a manufacturers fault within the set warranty period the manufacturer will exchange or fix the item in question. Please note that in the case of warranties that this replacement is not done free of charge and that warranties from bed manufacturers work on a sliding scale depending on how long you have had the mattress. If you have had the mattress 2 years, you will pay a smaller percentage towards a new mattress than you would if you have had the mattress 5 years. Guarantees and warranties only cover defects in material and workmanship and not normal wear and tear.
Available Delivery Days: Delivery lead times shown are working days (5 days a week) and do not include weekends. Our usual delivery days are Monday-Friday. However in some instances we do make delivery at weekends by prior arrangement or if you live within 10 miles of our Sheffield warehouse.
Confirmation of your delivery date: We will contact you prior to shipping or delivery to confirm arrangements.
Shipping and Handling : We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Ireland, the Channel Islands,Some parts of Scotland, Isle of Lewis, Isle of Skye, Shetlands, Outer Hebrides, Orkney Islands. If you get a message saying that we do not deliver to your area, please phone to ask if we can accommodate you.
Please note free delivery to within our local areas of Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire is available on a mutually agreed specified day and time.
All items are delivered to the outside of the customers door (our contractors can only delivery to ground floor level unless pre-arranged with the customer when the item is purchased) therefore the customer needs to make suitable arrangements to move the items to their required location.
All bedsteads and bunkbeds come flat packed and require a two person self assembly. Sofa beds come boxed and may need the legs attaching prior to use.
Please check thoroughly your delivered item before accepting it. Should the packaging be torn or wet, please ask the driver to report this immediately. Please also notify ourselves and we will decide whether you should accept the goods or for the goods to be replaced. Please notify us within 3 days of any damages.
Please note where a delivery/collection date has been agreed with the carrier and the buyer, and the buyer is not present, the seller reserves the right to charge the buyer a minimum of £10 to cover the cost of the failed delivery/ Collection.
To return a faulty item or make a complaint
- Please contact us immediately by telephone 01142649813 or email sales@bedsforeveryone.co.uk.
- Please quote your original order number, date of receipt, name and address, contact number and describe the fault.
- Follow up to the initial phonecall must be made in writing by letter or email, explaining the situation or showing photographs, where possible of any damages.
To return a non-faulty product (changed your mind):
- We can only accept returns in pristine condition.
- The product must be still in the original packaging and unused.
- You will be responsible for the return delivery and collections charges.
- You must inform us of your wish to return the product within 7 calendar days.
Delivery Schedule : Although we have a great number of items in stock, the majority of items have to be ordered. The delivery time varies depending on the item, so for each item described we have given the approximate delivery time, please see the relevant item for the delivery time. If for any reason you cannot see the delivery lead time please contact us on 01142649813. Quite a number of items, particularly bed frames are imported. Although we give a delivery lead time, we are sometimes waiting for items to enter the UK and clear customs and this can lead to delays in the product reaching us if we have sold all our exisiting stock. We will email or telephone you to let you know if your product is temporarily out of stock.
Any specific delivery requirements should be addressed prior to placing an order.
